**About the ROLE**

Based out of our Clayton site, Mitre 10 is seeking a ‘mighty helpful’ team leader to oversee and maintain internal sales administration standards, ensuring great customer services for our trade account team, customers and suppliers.

Key responsibilities include:

- Coordinating Hub Operators workflow to ensure correct procedures are followed efficiently.
- Maintaining trade sales inbox and assigning enquiries as required.
- Ensuring all phone enquiries are actioned by allocating to Hub Operators as required.
- Providing trade customers with correct product information.
- Processing transactions accurately and according to procedures.
- Using systems to process quotes, customer orders and purchase orders as per guidelines.
- Managing open quotes, customer orders and purchase orders.
- Managing Invoicing/purchasing.
