**ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY**

Reporting to the Team Leader Senior Inventory Planner, we are looking for an **Inventory Administration Coordinator **to help with processing of various administrative tasks across our Parts Inventory team, based at our Clayton Head office Branch.

**Your key responsibilities will include the following**:

- Review & Action of Outstanding Order Report.
- Processing of Cat stock & Parts Inventory Freight invoices
- Price Discrepancy Report
- Manage Parts Inventory Build up jobs (SOS kits and CVA kits)
- Ensure regular maintenance of Parts System Master Files via Inventory Reports.
- Support with Surplus Returns and Special PRA activities

**You will ideally have the following skills, experience & attributes**:

- Strong problem solving, research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively within a multi-cultural and international environment.
- Highly coordinated with excellent attention to detail
- Flexible to undertake varying work with changing priorities in a dynamic fast paced environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and within a challenging environment.
