Plantmark’s operations include one large-scale production nursery and seven Wholesale Trade Markets with sales and distribution in Victoria, New South Wales, and Queensland.

**Description**:
Key responsibilities

Reporting to the Quotes & Orders Manager, liaising with the Sales team and steering the Dispatch unit, this hands-on role involves loading and unloading trucks, picking and packing plant stock for orders, records administration and coordination of incoming and outgoing greenlife stock.

Additional general nursery duties may include weeding, watering, grounds maintenance and using trade equipment.

The position is full time, working a five-day Monday to Friday roster.

**Business operational hours are**: Weekdays 7.00 am - 5.00 pm

Plantmark offers a four week induction and training program, with face to face learning and online courses presenting a roadmap for success in the role.

Essential attributes

To be successful as a Plantmark Dispatch Coordinator, you will have:

- Plant knowledge preferred
- Ability to effectively work unsupervised as well as in a team
- Intermediate computer skills
- Positive work ethic, reliability and attention to detail
- Forklift licence desirable

Favourable attributes
- Supervisory aspirations or experience
- Effective communicator across a varied group of individuals
- Adept with following processes and responsibilities

Applicants must also be capable of performing regular heavy lifting tasks and be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
