The Role:

  • Manage a schedule of 20+ Technicians to optimise service routes across Greater Sydney
  • Lead, motivate, and support a team of Service Coordinators within a demanding environment
  • Coordinate resources by managing and allocate personnel, equipment, and materials according to schedule requirement
  • Anticipate and strategise to overcome changes and delays in the schedule
  • Oversee the day-to-day operational activities of Office & On-Road Staff
  • Liaise with internal staff to ensure clear communication for workflow between departments
  • Coordinate the rescheduling process of work orders

Key Competencies

We're seeking a candidate who can offer the following:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in service planning and logistics across Sydney
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively
  • Analytical thinking and planning
  • Professional and adaptive phone manner
  • Demonstrate a flexible and 'can do' attitude
  • Strong computer literacy with advanced Excel skills and ability to learn new systems
  • Customer conflict resolution
