Join a leading Australian manufacturer and play a pivotal role in supporting the sales and operations of our BOSS Automotive division in Inverell. We're looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Sales Administration Coordinator to be the go-to support person between our customers, internal sales, and fitment teams.

This is a full-time position ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, loves multitasking, and enjoys being the glue that keeps everything running smoothly.


About the Role

As the Sales Administration Coordinator, you'll manage a variety of front-line and behind-the-scenes tasks including:

  • Answering inbound customer enquiries (phone, email, and in person)
  • Assisting with quotes and CRM entries
  • Scheduling vehicle fitments and coordinating dealer logistics
  • Invoicing completed jobs and supporting stock dispatch accuracy
  • Maintaining branch reporting and KPI tracking
  • Keeping the site safe, tidy, and running like clockwork

You'll work closely with the Branch Manager and support the team to meet sales targets and deliver a great customer experience.

  • Tech savvy – comfortable with CRMs and basic office systems
  • Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and strong work ethic
  • A valid driver's licence (you'll help move vehicles when needed)
