About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and reliable Delivery Coordinator to keep our deliveries running smoothly and our customers happy. You'll be the link between our sales, warehouse, and installation teams — the person who makes sure everything gets where it needs to be, when it needs to be there.

This role suits someone who loves staying organised, enjoys solving problems on the go, and takes pride in getting the details right.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage daily delivery schedules across South Australia.
  • Communicate clearly with customers to confirm delivery times and special requirements.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure products are ready for dispatch.
  • Work with couriers and freight providers to organise transportation.
  • Track and monitor deliveries, resolving issues quickly and professionally.
  • Keep delivery paperwork and records up to date and accurate.
  • Support warehouse operations and assist with stock management when required.
  • Provide exceptional customer service you're often the final impression of our brand.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in logistics, delivery coordination, or warehouse operations is ideal (but not essential).
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator with a friendly, professional manner.
  • Competent with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems.
  • A team player who's calm under pressure and enjoys working with people.
  • Knowledge of furniture or fit-outs is a bonus, but a willingness to learn matters more.
