Key Responsibilities And Duties

  • Perform all required warehouse/logistics responsibilities, such as receipt, distribution (imports and

exports), invoicing and storage of Medical Devices. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Complete responsibility for all incoming and outgoing goods, including inspecting incoming goods

according to defined procedures; pack, unpack, load, receive and store stock, and organising

dispatch of products and other items to customers and staff.

  • Prepare daily orders for dispatch following standard packing instructions along with

corresponding paperwork as required.

  • Maintain the warehouse in a well organised and safe state to ensure that all products are stored

according to guidelines and standards.

  • Liaise with sales staff and couriers about products and customer requirements.
  • Liaise with customers about estimated time of delivery, availability of products and proof of

delivery.

  • Assist with elements of inventory control and participate in stocktaking.
  • Arrange shelving, arrange and label stock; rotate stock according to established procedures.
  • Assist Team Leaders (e.g. of Warehouse or of Technical Service Center) and/or Operations

Manager as required.

  • Ensure collaborative relationships with Integra team members and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure all documentation is up to date, quality system compliant and in order.
  • Comply with all company quality standards, procedures, and workplace health and safety requirements
  • Perform other related duties as assigned or required
