An exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic Medical Administrator to join their team. You will provide superior customer service and admin support.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Meeting and greeting of patients
- Booking appointments and procedures
- Management of all patient data, correspondence
- Invoicing and receipting of consultations
- Ordering of office supplies
- Assisting Practice manager with general administration
- Typing medical reports
- Liaising with hospitals
- Utilising medical software

To be successful for this position you will ideally have previous experience in a similar role. You will have excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask and establish efficient office systems. You will have proven ability to work in a team environment and provide support. You will have exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine commitment to providing excellent customer service.
