We are looking for a self-motivated and collaborative Training Workshop Co-ordinator to join our high-performing Production Team. As a Training Workshop Co-ordinator, you will partner with various stakeholders to research, plan, and execute training workshops and development conferences. Please note, you will not be required to facilitate.

**Your role**:

- Researching, designing and scheduling original training course ideas
- Meet and network with senior leaders from across the ANZ region
- Cross-collaboration with the wider business including: Marketing, Sales, Events, Market Research, L&D, and Management Development
- Providing support to the facilitators that are conducting the training
- Ensuring effective execution of events through onsite management

**About you**:

- You are a naturally curious person who is eager to learn and develop new skills
- You are a self-starter and committed to reaching the deadlines of the event cycle
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. This role involves writing event content and speaking to facilitators over the phone
- Previous experience within a corporate work environment is preferred but not essential

**Bonus points if you have experience in L&D, corporate training.**
