Eilbeck Cranes is a crane manufacturing & servicing company which has currently expanded its national operations in Ingleburn, NSW.

We are seeking the services of a Workshop Manager to manage the day to day operations and projects both in the workshop and on site during crane installation works.

In this role you will be responsible for:
Supervising the day to day operations and personnel of the manufacturing workshop and installation division.

Supervising all aspects of OHSE in the workshop and onsite.

Scheduling and production planning for manufacturing activities.

Purchasing materials and subcontractor services

Implementing improvements within manufacturing activities to ensure increased productivity and quality.

Liaising directly with clients to co-ordinate installation works on site.

Maintain plant and equipment

Co-ordinating logistics to delivery of cranes is on time

To be considered for this role you must have:

- Ability to deal with personnel at all levels.
- Appropriate computer skills. Microsoft Word / Excel
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Ability to develop and implement procedures for productivity and safety improvements
- Strong electrical, mechanical or welding trade background.
- Energetic a strong team player.
