**The Role**:
We are seeking a bright, tech savvy, and energetic **Project Co-ordinator** to join our team based in our **North Sydney office**. You’ll bring exceptional customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a talent for organisation to help ensure our projects run smoothly.

This role requires versatility, the ability to multitask, and a problem solving mindset. You’ll work both independently and collaboratively with our close-knit team, meeting deadlines and delivering outstanding service to our clients and customers.

**Working Hours**:
Full-time - Monday to Friday - 38 hours per week

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and follow up on projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain and coordinate calendars for a small team.
- Update and manage our project management system.
- Assist consultants with project preparation and documentation.
- Support accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Liaise with clients and other stakeholders professionally and efficiently.

**What you will need**:

- Proven experience in project coordination or as a personal assistant.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships.
- Advanced proficiency in computer systems and technology.
- Exceptional organisation, planning, and multitasking skills.
- Confidence to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to meeting deadlines.
