The teams within Financial Crime Operations (FCO) lead the approach to managing AML/CTF and Sanctions risks across the CBA group.

The FCO Learning Co-ordinator is accountable for the coordination and reporting of ongoing training for FCO teams across Australia, India and New Zealand.

**Do work that matters**

The **_Learning Co-ordinator _**plays an integral role in maintaining learning records that support our capability and learning programs.

You will work in a highly regulated and fast paced environment to enable the Group to effectively and efficiently manage its financial crime risks in line with the Group’s AML/CTF program.

Co-ordinate, monitor and evaluate learning programs and evaluations across varied learning digital technology and delivery formats.

- Manage the coordination and updating of the learning and capability artefacts, SOP and (end-to-end) processes, accreditation, learning management systems and/or the job architecture framework.
- Collect, compile, analyse and interpret multiple data points to support FCO Capability and operations, reporting and governance deliverables.
Leverage data and analytics to track and provide insights for both the implementation and effectiveness of a learning program, and report on progress of learning and capability initiatives.
Build cross-business relationships and communicate with influence to support the management of capability and learning (end to end) processes, operations and delivery of initiatives.
Support a structured project and change management process, to create highly impactful and timely initiatives.
