**Health Safety and Environment Co-ordinator**

**Role Overview**
The Health Safety and Environment Co-ordinator supports and plays a crucial role in promoting a safe and healthy work environment. Supporting the maintenance and continuous improvement of the HSE system, risk program and action plans, developing and implementing HSE training programs, compiling HSE reports.

**Your primary responsibilities will include**:

- Lead safety, quality, and environmental compliance efforts.
- Implement codes of practice and compliance policies.
- Conduct risk assessments and maintain safety records.
- Manage incident investigations and reporting.
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with teams and provide training.
- Maintain document control and budget adherence.

**Qualification and Experience**:

- Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety
- 2 years minimum HSE experience
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Qualified ISO 45001 and/or Safety map Auditor (preferred not essential)
