Our client is looking for an experienced **PMO Co-ordinator** to work for a large organisation in the Sydney CBD.

**Skills and experience**:

- PMO Co-ordinator background
- Experience creating PMO reports including steerco packs for project status and budget position
- Update of project schedule, budget and finance systems as required
- Set up Governance and Quality Assurance processes
- Experience in procurement & contract system admin management, for processing of invoices
- Experience in team diary management - including booking meetings & workshops
- Experience in Sharepoint site management
- Experience on boarding & off boarding program resources
- Finance systems experience
- M&A (merger & acquisition) experience would be highly regarded
