**Formula for Success**

We are looking for an HR Manager to join the Chemetall leadership team, reporting directly into the Chemetall Managing Director. This is a standalone role that strikes a balance between strategic HR initiatives and broad operational activities. We are a part of a large and complex global organisation and have a strong focus on building strong partnerships with leaders across the business.

You’ll:

- Lead complex case management at all levels, providing advice and guidance to leaders of all levels
- HR Administration; payroll, contracts, performance reviews, etc.
- Assess our leadership capability, and create a strategy for capability build
- Assess our current learning and development, and provide ideas on improvement

To be successful in this role, you’ll have the natural ability to build strong trust-based relationships with stakeholders of all levels, with the aim of building the capability of our leaders. We’re going through a lot of change, so the ability to take the lead and push positive and sustainable change within our function is key.

Also:

- Experience leading complex case management, you’ll be provided legal support where necessary
- Demonstrated experience in a broad generalist HR environment
- Strong planning and prioritisation experience, with proven project management
- You’ll have a positive attitude and be able to adapt to organisational priorities
