**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist retail customers and commercial clients in identifying and sourcing the right trailer parts and accessories.
- Provide technical product knowledge and expert advice to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and manage stock levels effectively.
- Process orders efficiently and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Collaborate with stores, workshop and quality teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience in parts interpreting or a related role that encompasses a mechanical or service aspect.
- Strong knowledge of trailer parts, automotive components, or commercial manufacturing.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and within a dynamic team environment.
- A proactive, problem-solving approach to assisting customers and managing inventory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $35.50 - $38.50 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
