This role is to start immediately, and will be on a temporary to permanent basis.

**The Role**

Working in the office in Bayswater, your initial responsibilities will include assisting with the creation of procedures and policies around recruitment.

Day to day duties will include;
- Recruitment, selection and induction
- Probation review documentation
- Employee lifecycle administration
- Termination and separation
- Reward and recognition
- Annual remuneration review
- Occupational Health and safety
- Policies and procedures
- Employee communication
- Provision of first level HR support and information to employees and management regarding HR policies, procedures and contracts

**You Profile**

This is a true hands on position where you have the ability to learn from a skilled and knowledgeable HR Manager. You will have the ability to connect with key stakeholders throughout the business, as well being able to relate to a diverse workplace. Qualifications are not essential; however, you will have a minimum of 1-year experience in a similar HR position.
