**Responsibilities**:
Outback Imaging (EzeScan) is an Australian-owned software research and development company. Founded in 2002, EzeScan has become an industry leader in data capture and business process digitisation solutions. We are looking for 2 new technical specialists to represent our team in Australia. The role involves implementing our various software solutions for data capture, information management, EDRMS integrations, invoice capture, and digital transformation solutions.

In this role you will be required to:

- Provide software installation, configuration, training and documentation services for our clients.
- Provide pre and post-sales support.
- Provide support and training to resellers.
- Attend trade shows and conferences.
- Experience in EDRMS solutions, and expertise in at least one popular system such as Micro Focus Content Manager, Objective ECM, TechnologyOne ECM or Microsoft SharePoint.
- Experience with Accounts Payable systems, preferred experience with TechnologyOne Financials, Civica Financials, MYOB, Xero, and other financial packages are also desired.
- SQL and regex programming skills are essential.
- Experience with cloud and web service technologies (Azure/AWS) is desired.
- A passion for implementing business efficiencies.
- A minimum of four years' experience in the above.

Our head office is located in Brisbane but if you live in another state then we will provide you with all the resources you require to work remotely. It will also require up to 25 days of travel per annum around Brisbane, Australia, and New Zealand. Initial EzeScan product training will be provided at either our Brisbane or Melbourne Office.
