**About the Role**
We’re looking for a passionate and technically skilled individual to join our Digital & Marketing team as a **Technical Specialist** in Retail Banking. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in designing, developing, and supporting digital onboarding solutions that drive customer acquisition.

Your day-to-day will involve technical development, troubleshooting, testing support, and managing code releases. You’ll also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and ensure our onboarding platforms remain stable, efficient, and customer focused.
**About you**
You’re a curious and proactive problem-solver with a strong technical foundation and a passion for digital innovation. You bring:

- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Groovy, and Java.
- Familiarity with TJM, iApply, and Dynamics 365 CIJ or similar platforms.
- A knack for troubleshooting complex issues and delivering effective solutions.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- A commitment to continuous learning and technical excellence.

Bonus points if you have experience in customer onboarding journeys, Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, or a background in Business or IT.
