The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Change Management Lead to support a large-scale transformation and organisational restructure. This role is critical in driving adoption, minimising disruption, and ensuring smooth transition across business and technology teams.  You will be a senior change leader with proven experience of dealing with executives and senior stakeholders in a highly regulated environment.

What You'll Do

  • Own and deliver the change management plan for this program manager level role.
  • Conduct impact and readiness assessments; manage stakeholder engagement.
  • Build and run communications, training, and adoption activities.
  • Partner closely with program leadership, architects, and SMEs to embed change into delivery.
  • Track and report change progress, risks, and adoption metrics.

What You Bring

  • Strong background (10+ years) in enterprise change management on large programs.
  • Experience leading change on technology initiatives.
  • Proven ability to work across complex organisations with multiple stakeholders.
  • Skilled in PROSCI / ADKAR / Kotter or similar frameworks.
