Change Lead

You’ll be responsible for designing and delivering a change strategy to successfully prepare and support our people. You’ll work closely with FMG Data leadership, the various project teams with the Data portfolio, senior business SMEs, business readiness group and technology teams to increase the change management capabilities within FMG Data and the project teams in the Data portfolio. You’ll work with internal communications, people and culture and learning teams to create awareness and drive broad take-up and the required behaviour changes. You will need to identify and manage gaps, dependencies and risks whilst communicating effectively with all levels of stakeholders.

**Key accountabilities**
- Supporting leaders in driving employee engagement
- Be the change management SME
- Provide coaching and support to a team of change managers within FMG Data
- Utilising continuous improvement models to drive positive change
- Provide the data portfolio with day-to-day change management leadership
- Ensure change activities have end-to-end ownership, including delivery of the change work as per agreed plans, ensuring co-ordination and integration of activities across the portfolio of projects within FMG Data
- Support and deliver change management projects within the Data portfolio as required
- Continuously uplift change management capability within the business

**About you**

With a financial services background, you are a strong team player with experience in delivering change for global transformation programs. You have excellent verbal and written communications skills and the ability to work collaboratively with all stakeholders. You are comfortable in owning and executing key change deliverables and work well with customers in different business groups and regions.

You'll have a background designing, implementing and driving change management programs for large, complex system implementations coupled with exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.

**You must have**:

- Over 5 years dedicated change management experience and relevant prior working history
- Change management delivery for data related projects
- Experience working with diverse business stakeholders with different priorities
