**Your Opportunity**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a **Track Support Coordinator** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating support for track and civil construction activities to ensure the safe and efficient operation of Queensland Rail’s infrastructure. You will work closely with construction teams, contractors, and stakeholders to facilitate scheduled works for all the operational teams in the business unit.

**Key responsibilities include**:
- Coordinating compliance activities to support the optimal performance and longevity of rail infrastructure and equipment.- Assisting with planning and scheduling of maintenance work, ensuring mínimal disruption to rail operations.- Liaising with internal teams and external contractors to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.- Inspection of worksites and supporting the teams with the implementation of site establishment.- Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.- Managing maintenance records and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.- Assisting with budget management and cost control for compliance and safety activities and initiatives.- Providing support in emergency response situations, ensuring rapid and effective resolution of track-related incidents.

**This Role Will Be Ideal for People Who**:
- Have experience in rail infrastructure maintenance, track work, or a related field.- Possess strong coordination and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.- Have a strong commitment to safety and compliance.- Are excellent communicators who can engage with various stakeholders, including maintenance crews and contractors.- Have experience working with maintenance management systems and reporting tools.

**Hours and Salary**: Please consider carefully before applying

The team travel & work throughout the entire Queensland Rail Network at sites in SEQ and Regional areas across the State, as such there will be a requirement to work away from our Brisbane Depot at Eagle Farm roughly 50% of the time.

This is a permanent opportunity with the starting base salary at $113,000 plus regular shift + penalties and allowances.
