**Who we’re looking for**:
We need driven, reliable, independent and resilient people to join the Virgin Australia Crew Tracking team in the newly created role of Crew Tracking Administration Support. It’s a challenging role, with a lot of responsibilities - from ensuring our Flight and Cabin Crew arrive to and from their overnight accommodation on time without hassle (even when in network disruption) to handling Crew lifestyle requests, working with internal and external stakeholders (like transport and accommodation providers, border force, etc) and many more - all in the name of getting our guests to their holiday and business destinations safely and on time.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Engaging Flight and Cabin Crew throughout the course of their workday
- Liaising with all areas of the Integrated Operations centre and Ports
- Managing and coordinating Crew transport bookings to ensure arrival and overnight accommodation safely and on-time
- Ensuring Crew rest compliance in times of disruption
- Managing crew lifestyle requests
- Managing flight General Declarations (GENDECS)
- The list goes on
- All across a rotating shift work roster

**We’re looking for someone who**
- Is a self-starter and ready to own and build something new with the Crew Tracking Leaders
- Can work under pressure in an ever-changing environment
- Happy to get your hands dirty when things don’t go to plan
- Comfortable and confident in a Team environment
- Is competent in both written and spoken English
- Can work a rotating shift roster (including early starts, late finishes, weekends and public holidays)
