
Account Executive

As our Account Executive, you will be the driving force behind our sales efforts—focusing on outbound calling, identifying and qualifying leads, delivering engaging demos, and preparing sales proposals. You’ll also manage inbound leads and schedule demos, ensuring every prospect receives a tailored, consultative experience. This role is perfect for a dynamic sales professional, especially one looking to balance new parenting responsibilities with an energetic, target-driven environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Outbound Prospecting**:
- Conduct proactive cold calling and outreach to identify and qualify potential clients.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline through strategic lead generation.
- **Sales Presentations & Demos**:
- Address prospects’ needs and illustrate clear ROI through our offerings.
- **Proposal & Deal Management**:
- Write and present detailed sales proposals that align with client requirements.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through negotiation and closing.
- **Inbound Lead Handling**:
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and schedule demos to convert interest into actionable opportunities.
- **Client Relationship Building**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospects, nurturing relationships and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
Your Experience & Skills
- **Sales Expertise**:
- 3-7 years of sales experience in a closing role at a SaaS company; experience in the project management and work collaboration space is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting, consultative selling, and full-cycle sales management.
- **Communication & Presentation**:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver persuasive presentations and demos.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to engage effectively with decision-makers.
- **Adaptability & Self-Motivation**:
- A driven self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Skilled at managing multiple priorities and navigating complex sales processes.
- **Flexibility**:
- Capable of balancing a dynamic work environment—this role is particularly well-suited for recent new parents seeking a role that supports work-life balance.
