Abacus is currently seeking motivated and organised Office Administrator to join our friendly and supportive team working onsite in our Osborne Park WA office.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

- Customer relations - responding to customer phone queries.
- Processing customer orders including returns, refund, and credit.
- Providing quotations to customers.
- Follow up on outstanding payments.
- Research new business opportunities.
- Assist other staffs with other ad-hoc duties and projects.

**Your Background**
- Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential as training will be supplied.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Confident and proficient understanding of common computer software.
- Excellent organisational and relationship building skills.
- Ability to work independently in a pro-active manner.
