We are looking for an admin superstar with a strong desire to provide our racing division an excellent administrative support. This is a permanent full time position and reports to the Racing Services Manager.

As a Racing Administration Officer, you will be responsible for:

- responding to general enquiries received from internal and external stakeholder
- Undertake process of procurement procedures and coordinate payments for the Racing Division as required
- Coordinate all operational travel requirements for racing officials
- Assist with the preparation and dissemination of race day official rostering
- Support the Racing Division with racing-related administration requirements.
- Ensure appropriate record keeping in accordance with policies.

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this position, you will need to possess:

- Completion of secondary school studies (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in general administration and customer service
- Sound understanding of financial management processes, including processing of invoices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with a diverse set of stakeholders
