**About this opportunity**:
**Endeavour Hills** Pacific Smiles is opening soon and we are in need of a talented leader who will be responsible for supporting our wonderful team of dentists and dental assistants and running all aspects of the new practice.
- Full time permanent role - Monday to Friday and only occasional weekends
- Modern practice in a convenient shopping centre location
- Responsible for staff management, reporting, process improvements and sales
- A welcoming, friendly team and a great regional manager on hand for support
- Ensure success for all patients, team members and dentists
- Training provided from one of our skilled existing Centre Leaders to show you the ropes

**Your Skills and Attributes**:
You are a dedicated and true management professional who wants to utilise their capabilities to add value to our business and build a career with us.
- Dental or medical knowledge/experience is highly regarded, but experience outside the industry will be considered
- Leadership skills including the ability to motivate others and build relationships quickly
- Demonstrated experience in effective people management including coaching, mentoring, performance management and recruitment
- Sound business and commercial acumen with experience in working to set targets, KPI's and rostering
