**About the role**

Lifecare is seeking a Practice Manager to join and lead our dynamic and dedicated admin team and positively contribute to the exceptional care of our patients. This is a multi-disciplinary clinic located in **Prahran** and needs a Practice Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and who is dedicated to leading and developing the admin team.

You will be managing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, attending the reception desk, preparing weekly and monthly invoices, and account reconciliation, you will review and report on debtors and follow up of outstanding invoices, you will organise meetings, staff training and management of office events, and assist with HR, payroll and recruitment.

This is a **full-time** position, as a Practice Manager you will be required to be available Monday to Friday, weekends are yours to enjoy.

This position given its nature is required to deliver a professional and confidential service whilst also demonstrating a high quality of customer service orientation.

- Experience in allied health or medical specialist practice management
- Zedmed software experience desirable.
- Personable, positive, outgoing, self-motivated, proactive, accountable, and caring
- Effective communicator and strong team player
- Excellent time management skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Demonstrated initiative to problem solve.
- Valid VIC Working with Children Check or willing to obtain.
- Willing to undergo a National Police Check clearance.
