Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the medical practice
  • Lead HR, financial management, and business development initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and liaise with internal stakeholders
  • Support and guide clinical teams to deliver exceptional patient care

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven leadership experience in a healthcare setting
  • Strong business acumen and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • Minimum 1 year in a similar role; accreditation experience highly regarded
  • Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
