**About You**
As a senior appointment, the
**Practice Manager** role requires an individual who has accumulated a vast ‘tool kit’ of skills and experience managing a private specialist/surgical practice. You'll combine a deep passion for developing people with business acumen. Meaning, you understand what the business needs and how to establish necessary service objectives, and you've developed the team to enable the objectives to be met. Confident with modern technology, you'll also possess developed IT skills and be comfortable troubleshooting and solving issues as they arise.
