**About the role**

We have an opportunity for an **Executive Support Officer** to be part of our People and Capability Command team. The Executive Support Officer provides assistance in a range of executive and administrative services to support the delivery of business operations and to assist the management in service delivery.

The Executive Assistant works closely with the Command office team and Assistant Commissioner People and Capability Command. The role has responsibility in regards to diary management, coordinating arrangements including accommodation, and supporting Command administration duties. The position holder will require an ability to adapt quickly and make timely decisions to assist in the efficient management of the Assistant Commissioner’s movements while also contributing to the broader Command support team. Based at Sydney Olympic Park next to the rail station in a newly refurbished office space, the successful applicant will be expected to make occasional trips to other locations from time to time.
