**Client Profile**

Our client operates one of Melbourne's top inner-city boutique hotels. The hotel has an enviable reputation as one of the best, offering contemporary comfort with a stylish and edgy design. With only 100 rooms, the hotel is recognised for the attention to their guests and the amazing feedback that is received.

As the Front of House Duty Manager you will create an environment where all your customers enjoy the full benefits of the services provided and provide efficient customer service to maximise customer satisfaction. Working collaboratively with the team and under the guidance of the Rooms Division Manager you will ensure smooth and successful service at all times, maintain consistent and effective communication, be an identifiable presence for both guests and staff, and manage the day to day operations of the hotel.

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a minimum of 2 years experience in hotels and actively in the front office department
- Contribute to the hotel's targets and objectives
- Lead and implement all relevant policies and procedures
- Be able to roll you sleeves up and get the job done with a high degree of stamina and charisma
- Have strong communication skills and the ability to multitask
- Be proud to deliver the BEST boutique experience in Melbourne - and lead your team to do the same
- Have a thorough understanding of the rooms division
- Have an amazing attention to detail and a natural initiative
