**Role Summary**:
We have an exciting opportunity as the Executive Administration Assistant to support the Executive General Manager, Head of Thermal Asset Optimisation and Asset Optimisation team based in Perth on a permanent basis. This is a part time opportunity, we're open to a variety or arrangements including school hours, 3 or 4 days a week. You will support the team in administrative and support tasks, as well as specific projects, undertaking a wide range of administrative and financial management duties.

**Key responsibilities of the role include**:

- Plan, organise and accurately prepare drafts of all necessary reports, correspondence, submissions and presentations as well as collating, summarising and analysing data as required by the EGM, Thermal Generation and Head of Thermal Asset Optimisation
- Working collaboratively and effectively with the EGM, Thermal Generation and Thermal Asset Optimisation staff and visitors to facilitate the day to day running of the Thermal Generation Perth Office and Thermal Asset Optimisation
- Coordinate and book travel, accommodation and car hire for non-routine travel
- Assist with operational and business reporting, including reward and recognition reports
- Coordinate and/or support internal and external events including catering, invites, vendor selection, and run sheet/agendas
- Processing of purchase requisitions, service entries and invoices ensuring that the costs are correctly allocated to budget

**What you’ll bring**:

- Completion of Year 12 certificate with qualification in business administration would be highly regarded
- Extensive experience in MS Office (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point)
- Demonstrated ability in delivering high quality, customer focused administrative services
- Experience with financials, particularly invoice management, reporting and SAP
- Attention to details
- Ability to communicate (written and verbal) with management, executives and board
