**Purpose of the Role**:
As the Executive Assistant (EA), you will play a key role in providing high-level administrative and operational support to the Managing Director and Operations Manager. Acting as the central coordination point within the business, you will oversee executive scheduling, office administration, stakeholder engagement, and operational efficiencies to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. Your contribution will directly support leadership in achieving strategic goals and business success.
**The Opportunity**:
In this dynamic and hands-on role, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-level administrative support to the Managing Director and Operations Manager.
- Managing complex calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of executives.
- Conducting research and compiling data for strategic decision-making.
- Overseeing office administration to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Liaising with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to coordinate business activities.
- Managing documentation, contracts, and confidential records.
- Assisting with HR administration, including onboarding new employees.
- Organising and coordinating internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.
**About You**:
To thrive in this role, you will bring:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar administrative role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and the initiative to drive solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- The ability to work independently and handle confidential matters with discretion.
- A customer-centric approach to liaising with stakeholders and external partners.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally within a corporate or healthcare setting.
