For our office located at Sydney International Airport we are looking for a Wholesales and Distribution Manager. Heinemann Australia being is one of the largest luxury duty free retailers across the Oceania Region, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire wholesale and distribution operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in all related processes. To deliver our promises to our customers, your role is accountable for the successful service delivery of planning, organising, directing, controlling and coordinating the wholesale and distribution of goods managed by Heinemann Australia. The Wholesale & Distribution Manager play role in building key supplier relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate, and close business deals to achieve business growth and objectives.**Wholesales and Distribution Manager**

Your new job includes
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets attached the Wholesale and Distribution business plan
- Developing a database of potential customers that aligns with Business focus and pillars
- Developing key relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and regularly update key stakeholders on strategy execution and implementation
- Collaborating with other departments to integrate logistics and supply chain with business processes
- Managing budgets and controlling costs
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Utilising advanced technology to streamline operations
- Using advanced data analysis skills to inform decision-making for senior management

What you should bring along
- Minimum five years’ experience in similar role
- Strong knowledge and experience of IT systems, such as MS Office, SAP, ERP systems and INCOTERMS
- Managing and building stakeholder relationships
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Excellent organization, collaboration and communication skills, service and teamwork oriented, strong sense of responsibility;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
- Proven commitment to all aspects of Health Safety Environment and Security
- Base salary + Commission
