- To provide administrative support to the wholesale

department, including order processing, invoicing, and

shipments
- To maintain accurate records of all wholesale transactions and

communicate effectively with other departments within the

company to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment
- To contribute to a positive, professional work environment by

exhibiting a high level of teamwork, cooperation, and respect

for others

KEY FUNCTIONS:

- Coordinate with customers to ensure timely delivery of

products
- Prepare shipping documents and arrange for shipments
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide support to wholesale account managers
- Weekly ATS reports
- Weekly Shipping reports
- Occasionally perform duties outside of your specific function

that contribute to the overall success of the business

KPIs:

- Through outstanding customer service - maintain healthy

relationships with customers, suppliers and internal team
- Sales Orders well maintained and keyed in a timely manner
- Reports distributed by due dates
- Timely deliveries to customers

REQUIRED SKILLS
- The skills and qualifications needed for the role of Wholesale

Assistant include excellent communication skills, strong

organizational skills, and the ability to multitask. Additionally, a

successful Wholesale Assistant will be detail oriented and have

an understanding of the wholesale industry
- Excel - Intermediate to advanced
