How you will make an impact

The Customer Service Officer assists with a busy Switchboard and also provides support in a customer-facing position at Cabrini's information stations. Our department performs a key element of the communications activities across the hospital, and we’re here when people need us, from 6AM to 11PM, 365 days a year, so flexibility is key.

Our Customer Service Officers play an important role by providing a professional service, both in person and over the phone, whilst upholding our values of compassion, integrity, courage, and respect in all interactions.

Key responsibilities include:
- Responsible for answering inbound telephone calls from patients and the community- Responding to caller queries or transferring calls as required- Welcoming patients and visitors to the hospital, responding to their queries and providing directions- Other general administration and communication tasks to support and assist the Customer Services team

You will have:- Sound problem-solving skills- A proactive nature, providing the best solution rather than the easy one-
- The ability to maintain composure in a busy and sometimes challenging customer service environment
