We are looking for an outstanding Service Coordinator with high energy to join our friendly team

You will play a key role in organising our day-to-day operations and provide standout support to our team whilst coordinating daily service calls and admin activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule appointments for clients and track clients' service requests
- Ensure our field technicians are organised and highly productive
- Respond to any issues that occur during the delivery of services
- Main point of contact for all inbound calls
- Distribute incoming and outgoing mail
- Evaluate the quality of all services and identify for improvement
- Maintain internal databases including employee records and filing system for customer and external partners
- Prepare regular reports and presentations
- Support managers and employees with their queries
- Update and ensure compliance to office policies
- Complete other office tasks as required

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Service Coordinator (or similar role)
- Strong work ethic and customer service skills
- Strong record-keeping and analytical skills
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with office management tools- MS Office software and/or Google Workspace using spreadsheets and presentations
- simPRO Software desirable but not essential
- High school diploma (additional qualifications as an Office Administrator or Secretary are a bonus)
