Geelong Operations is a part of InvoCare (IVC) which is listed leading provider of funeral services in Australia, New Zealand and Singapore and operates private memorial parks and crematoria in Australia and New Zealand.

**About the role**:
The Operations Coordinator is a member of the Location’s management team and leads the operations staff in providing funeral services to the local community. The Operations Supervisor ensures that a friendly and positive working environment is maintained where business outcomes, customer service, and staff capability and cooperation are the focus.

This role entails the coordination and administration of funeral teams, provision of funeral supplies and vehicles and repair and maintenance of company assets so that funeral services are delivered in accordance with InvoCare policies, procedures and quality standards.

**About you**:
We are looking for people who have a strong customer service attitude and pride themselves on service delivery, problem-solving and customer satisfaction. You will need to have a sense of comfort of working with grieving families and the deceased.

You lead with empathy and possess strong communication skills, patience and have a strong underlying desire to want to do more for others in a career that is valued.
