I am currently partnered with a State Government-owned organisation who is seeking an Operations Coordinator for their Geelong CBD office, for an immediate start.

**Your new role**

As the Operations Coordinator, you will be working full time hours, from my Clients Geelong CBD office, with the flexibility to work from home. This temporary assignment is for 6 months, with the potential for extension. Responsibilities will include:

- Manage business related consumables such as cleaning products, milk, fruit and office stationary
- Coordination of general building related requirements, including cleaning, signage, staff capacity, etc
- Administer the Helpdesk inbox and assign tasks, which is the primary conduit for the business to request assistance from Corporate Services
- Proactively manage the desk booking system, locker allocation process and car park booking system
- Develop and maintain effective partnerships with key business areas and pro-actively support their needs by providing options and solutions
- Assist with design and reconfiguration of the offices to meet business requirements, including meeting room and auditorium setup / configuration
- Manage building operational and maintenance issues
- Work with the Building Maintenance Coordinator to plan for and facilitate building maintenance tasks, works and upgrades
- Assist with the preparation and management of Business Operations team budgets

**What you'll need to succeed**

To succeed in the role of Operations Coordinator, you will need:

- Experience in Property or Facilities roles/sector desired
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining stakeholder relationships
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated experience
- Immediate availability
- Full Australian work rights
- Please note, office attendance will be required, as well as occasional travel to other sites and locations within my Client's portfolio
