Morse Micro is scaling our Operations team and looking for a Document Controller & QA. You will be crucial in managing the document control database and also enforce the quality standards with all manufacturers, vendors through to internal/external sharings.

**Your main responsibilities will include**:

- Managing document control including;
- circulate and track documents for approval
- Releasing to document control
- Managing the document control database
- Creating Document Numbers
- Documenting and reporting product or service quality levels
- Developing and implementing standards for inspection flow
- Enforcing the quality standards with all manufacturers and vendors
- Coordinating product returns and failure analysis procedures
- Help author/create specifications and procedures
- Create documents that will capture policy, procedures, and work instructions for operations, manufacturing, engineering, design, systems, order fulfillment, finance and other company departments.

**Required skills and experience**:

- 3-5 years experience in a similar role in the semiconductor industry
- Experience with ISO compliance (e.g. ISO 9000)
- BA degree in business, industrial or similar degree
- Technical writing
