We look to become a partner in the growth of our clients’ business by ensuring the focus and translation of the initial design goals are realised through the supply chain into finished garments. We ensure the garments are delivered on time and in full the quality standards and price points consistent with the market strategy of each of our customers.
**The Role**
We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Administration Coordinator to join our business, where you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team.
**Responsibilities of the Role**
- Raising purchase orders and invoicing customers
- Sending, receipting and tracking packages of samples
- Maintaining effective relationships and regular communication with suppliers by liaising directly with offshore suppliers, factories and the freight forward office
- Coordinating the order placement process as well as critical path deadline and freight timelines
- Responding to ad hoc requests from the Product team and the Company Bookkeeper
**Skills and Experience**
- Previous experience working in an administrative support role is essential
- An interest in fashion and têxtiles would be ideal, but not essential
- Exposure to shipping of products would be advantageous
- High level interpersonal and communication skills
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
- Excellent administration, organisation and time management skills are imperative, as is the ability to prioritise and multitask your workload to meet deadlines
- High attention to detail, accuracy and a strong sense of urgency
- Proactive, motivated and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Solutions focussed with well-developed problem-solving skills
- Works well in a team and provides support to others
