Located in Hawthorn and going through their growth phase the client is seeking to appoint two new team members. These roles will give you an opportunity to develop your career within the property space, be part of a fun and dynamic team and have hands on training and mentoring
- Completing administration functions to support team
- Preparing and processing documents
- Coordinating marketing material and meetings with agents
- Completing database management; ensuring the CRM is always up to date
- Providing professional communication to clients and providing a positive end-to
- end experience
- Managing duties followed by organising paperwork/admin
- General administration as required
**The Successful Applicant**:
- Experience within an administration/ coordination role
- Experience working with MS Office Suites and other systems/platforms
- High level or accuracy, strong attention to detail, and highly developed communication skills
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team
- Strong organisational and time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines
- Ability to build rapport and engage with a variety of stakeholders
- Experience within the Property sector advantageous or a strong passion to learn this space
