**The opportunity**:
To ensure the safekeeping and maintenance of the physical movement of stock within the VRTP properties through the ongoing creation, maintenance, monitoring and reporting of inventory items.

**Your day to day**:

- Work effectively within a team environment to provide excellent internal service and to promote a positive working environment
- Create and maintain material master data within the SAP system
- Run and maintain various reports and end of month tasks within the SAP system
- Schedule, communicate and perform stock counts on a regular basis & provide analysis and feedback to outlet Managers
- Create and maintain materials, sales pricing, discounts, coupons and all other relevant data within the Point of Sale system and Me&u.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Previous experience in a similar role and SAP Knowledge an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to work with stakeholders from all business areas
- Previous exposure to contracts or royalty arrangements an advantage
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with an attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment and autonomously when required
- Some early mornings and late nights required for stocktaking
- Microsoft office suite skills advantageous
