A rare opportunity for a Student Services Administrator to join a dynamic and innovative RTO.

**Your new company**
Our client is a leading private registered training organisation based centrally on the Gold Coast. Due to their continued success and growth, a Student Services Administrator / Campus Coordinator is required to join their team on a permanent full time basis.

**Your new role**
As the Student Services Administrator / Campus Coordinator you will be responsible for:

- First point of contact, managing a high volume of inbound calls
- Ensuring eligibility and maintaining compliance
- Calculating tuition costs and processing of payments
- Organising events and functions
- General administration support to ensure the smooth day to day running of the campus

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful you will have:

- Previous experience in an administration role ideally within the RTO or Education industry
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships
- Impeccable communication skills both written and verbal
- Proven ability to multi-task, prioritise duties and meet deadlines
- Intermediate to Advances MS Office skills - Word, Excel and Outlook
- A great work ethic and a positive attitude
