**Your new company**
Our client is an innovative and dynamic medical specialist at the forefront of the industry. Due to their continued success and growth, a medical receptionist is required for their specialist practiced based centrally on the Gold Coast.

**Your new role**
As the Medical Receptionist you will be responsible for:

- Answering a high volume of inbound calls and handling enquiries
- Meeting and greeting patients
- Booking appointments
- Record and patient file management
- Processing payments and medical billing
- General administration support to ensure the smooth day to day running of the practice

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful you will have:

- Previous and current experience within a similar role within the medical industry
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Professional presentation
- A strong customer service approach and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
