An exciting opportunity to join an equipment supplier on the North Gold Coast as their Customer Service Admin

**Your new company**
Our client is an established family business providing equipment to an array of community groups to assist with their daily living. A rare opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service and Administration Assistant to join their team on a permanent full time basis. This role is based on the Northern Gold Coast.

**Your new role**
As the customer service administrator you will primarily be responsible for providing an excellent customer experience and providing all administration support to the wider team. The duties include:

- Providing support to new queries and follow up queries
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders including aged care facilities and home care providers
- Processing payments
- Raising invoices and invoice management
- Meeting and greeting customers in store
- Providing product knowledge
- Data entry and general admin support

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful you will have:

- Current administration and customer service experience, ideally within a minimum of 12 months
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- A great phone manner and the ability to rapport
- The ability to be adaptable and grow with the business
- Availability to work full time Monday - Friday
