A State Government Department with offices in Parramatta and the Sydney CBD

**Your new role**

As the Property Manager, you will be leading and managing a small team ensuring the of facilities and building management support services and logistics, within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and managing escalations where necessary.

You will be:

- Managing your team to ensure they maintain vendor relationships and deliver efficient service in accordance with agreements
- Ensuring legislative requirements with respect to building operations are met, including but not limited to, security and emergency management and provide recommendations and advice to ensure adequate procedures are in place and obligations are met
- Strategically partner and work collaboratively with colleagues within the Property and Workplace Services team, Corporate Services and Property and Development teams to ensure ongoing development, implementation and maintenance of the all managed facilities
- Lead and support building services projects to improve the workplace services function and relocations

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful, you will have experience in workplace services and workplace delivery and operations and have a high level of people management skills. You will have exceptional time management, communication and stakeholder engagement skills as well as an ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time.

Your high-level of people management skills will ensure the continued culture of high performance, collaboration, agility and delivery of high-quality workplace services.

**What you'll get in return**

This will initially be a 3-6 month opportunity with potential of extension working across both the Parramatta and Sydney CBD offices.
