**Your new company**
Based in the Sydney CBD, this will initially be a 12 month assignment with potential of extension
**Your new role**
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will be leading a small team in the Sydney office. It involves a considerable degree of independence and is responsible for actively managing key internal and external stakeholder relationships. You will be responsibile for managing a number of competing priorities which requires sound judgement, good communication and decision-making skills.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing leasing along with reactive and planned facilities maintenance for leased offices
- Updating, implementing and maintaining governance, risk and administrative procedures
- Supervision of staff
- Liaison with key stakeholders in relation to maintenance and property matters
- Point of contact for Sydney office security matters;
- Managing projects and providing regular updates
**What you'll need to succeed**
You will ideally have extensive property, facilities and people management experience and must be an Australian Citizen.
