We have an impressive, newly created opportunity for a Property Marketing Manager to join our Development Marketing Team, based at Barangaroo in Sydney. This is a 2-year, fixed term contract and will report to the National Marketing Manager.

The most exciting part about this new role is that you’ll be responsible for l eading, developing and implementing the marketing plan and launch deliverables for the iconic, luxury One Circular Quay project.

**What will you be doing?**

You'll manage an integrated marketing plan across a range of paid, earned and owned channels including media, events, brand partnerships, sales collateral, website, eDMs and public relations in order to position the project and Lendlease. You’ll also be involved with driving sales, building customer loyalty and play a key role in contributing to the broader Development Marketing team and portfolio initiatives. Most importantly, you’ll be set to thrive as part of a collaborative, supportive and driven marketing team.

**We’d love to hear from you if**:

- You have relevant tertiary qualifications supported by extensive experience in a similar role within the Property or Premium/Luxury Residential space
- You have strong experience in stakeholder management
- Digital marketing and developing content and customer engagement plans across the customer journeys are your passion
- Fast-paced environments are something you thrive in
- You enjoy using data and insights to make decisions
- You’ve got the ability to think strategically, whilst being comfortable being hands on
- You take ownership for business outcomes and opportunities
- You’re a collaborative team player with great communication skills
